The 48th Annual National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete Dinner-Orange County Chapter.
At The 48th Annual National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete Dinner two of our student-athletes and our beloved coach of 32 years, Jeff Brinkley, were honored.
This year, all senior student-athletes who were honored had to earn at least a 3.5 scholastic average or greater during seven high school semesters, earn first team all-league honors, and/or recognition by sports writers covering high school football in Orange County.
Further, Coach Brinkley was honored for his dedication and passion with student-athletes, football, and preparing young adults for life-32 years at Newport Harbor High School and 7 at Norwalk High School as head football coach and teacher.
