Sean White

Defensive Line

This is coach Sean White’s first year at Newport Harbor High School.

Coach White comes to Newport with over 10 years of coaching experience. He’s been at a mix of the community college and high school levels.

Coach White was born and raised in Lake Forest where he attended El Toro High School and was a 3 year varsity player at defensive end. He went on and played middle linebacker and won the Jerry D award which was given to the most committed player to the program.

Coach White went on to coach freshmen at El Toro, varsity linebackers at Aliso Niguel High school and the varsity line coach at Trabuco Hills.

When Sean isn’t coaching he is watching the Dodgers, USC Trojans, the 49ers and the Anaheim Ducks. Sean recently got married in March 2018 . He also making a career change. He recently got his Phlebotomy licence and is going back to school for Cardiovascular Technology. Sean Is entering his first year as Newport Harbor’s Defensive line coach and is excited about the opportunity.
